The PWCCA Spring 2025 General Membership Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on Saturday, April 5 at 7pm Eastern/ 6pm Central/ 5pm Mountain/ 4pm Pacific time.
PWCCA members who have a valid email address in our records will receive information for joining the meeting by April 1. PWCCA members who do not have a valid email address in our records will need to contact Dora Carter, carterhall@mindspring.com (preferred) or 252-314-7876 in order to register for the meeting by Friday March 28, 2025. Please use the subject line “PWCCA Spring Meeting Invitation.” Those who register this way will receive their information for joining the meeting by April 1.
Procedure for Non-Member who would like to attend:
If you are aware of a non-member who would like to attend, they can attend either by sitting with a PWCCA member who is attending or by pre-registering by sending an email to Dora Carter, PWCCA Recording Secretary at carterhall@mindspring.com. Cut-off date to pre-register is Friday March 28, 2025. The subject line of the email should be “PWCCA Spring Meeting Invitation.” Those who send request this way by the cut-off date will receive their information for joining the meeting by April 1. For situations where multiple member(s)/guest(s) are viewing together, they need to send Dora Carter a message in the meeting chat indicating all the parties who are viewing.

SPRING BOARD MEETING
The spring meeting of the Board of Directors of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America, Inc. will be held on Saturday, April 5th at 11am Eastern/10am Central/ 9am Mountain/ 8am Pacific Time via Zoom. Officers and Directors will receive instructions for joining directly from the Recording Secretary, Dora Carter. Regional Club Representatives will receive instructions for joining once the Corresponding Secretary, Linda Thompson, has a confirmed list of those who wish to attend.
