ROM / ROMX AWARDs
The Board of Directors of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America, at the September 1990 meeting, approved the establishment of a Register of Merit and Register of Merit Excellent for those dogs meeting the requirements. It is not necessary to belong to the PWCCA to qualify. This award is given at the Annual Meeting and was retroactive to the first Corgis registered. The requirements for this award are as follows:
ROM for males, 10 Champions sired
ROM for females, 5 Champions produced
ROMX for males, 15 Champions sired
ROMX for females, 8 Champions produced
